The Traffic Safety and Neighborhood Livability Line can help with issues related to:

  • Requesting changes to traffic signs and markings

  • Bicycle and pedestrian safety

  • Traffic enforcement

  • Parking needs

  • Help if there’s a tree blocking your view or if parking is too close to a corner or crosswalk

Request Maintenance

Call the PBOT maintenance + repair line for issues related to:

  • Sign that has gone missing or vandalized

  • Crosswalk lines have worn off

  • Other existing streets or signs need to be repaired

  • Report a pothole or sinkhole

Report a Parking Issue

Parking in “No Parking” zones at school is unsafe. These areas are established to increase crossing safety or to help school busses clear corners. If you need to report a vehicle that is illegally parked, call the Parking Enforcement hotline.
